The staff was very friendly/responsive.
No reading light by the bed.

Great location. Excellent price. Nice Continental breakfast. I would have liked a room reading light on each side of the bed. Nice place for the price. Would stay there again.

The staff and customer service was great!
My room and the gym were small but practical for the short period of time I was going to stay.

I would recommend it to people traveling to OC or Salisbury. It is in a quiet location. That might be a pro or con. It needs to be more family or young adult people friendly. Kids need something to do and young busy adults need to keep up with their routines of workouts etc. ...read more

Hotel was clean, convenient, comfy with friendly staff. Continental breakfast was substantial and saved us an additional stop (gas next-door).
Continental breakfast area was small - crowded with just a few people.

A solid good place in a region with slim pickings. Room was clean/comfy, staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was substantial enough that we didn't have to stop for breakfast - saved us time and evened out the increase in cost vs. the sleazy cheap hotels nearby. ...read more

The assistant manager on duty at check in was very accomadating,helpful and pleasant.
Very noisey, could hear everyone in the hall, ice machine elevator during the night.

The rooms were better then I expected. Clean, neat and everything well placed.

It was a very nice hotel and the people were very helpful, attentive and very pleasant.

The staff was friendly and the price was good.
I had a problem with my charges that I am still trying to work out.

The free breakfast was nice; the room was clean but small especially for a large family like mine but I would stay here again and would recommend it for a small group.

The pool & it was clean.
The check in service desk. The women were rude.

The room had a extra door way to enter into the other room and the people in that room had a baby that cried most of the night. People across from us kept going in and out most of the night.
